Who We Are

EB People Consulting was founded by Emma Bleeks, a senior HR leader with over 20 years’ experience supporting organisations through growth, transformation and complex people challenges.

Her career spans Financial Services, Outsourcing and FinTech, with senior HR leadership roles based in Northern Ireland and London. Alongside responsibility for people practices across Northern Ireland and Great Britain, she has partnered with leaders and led teams across Europe and the Americas in a range of regional and global roles.

Emma combines strategic HR leadership with real operational experience – bringing a practical, grounded approach that works in real organisations, not just on paper.

She partners with organisations to strengthen culture, build leadership capability, and navigate complex people challenges with clarity, fairness and confidence.
