Who We Are

EB People Consulting was founded by Emma Bleeks, a senior HR leader with over 20 years’ experience partnering with organisations through growth, transformation and complex people challenges. Her career spans global Financial Services, Outsourcing and FinTech, with senior leadership experience across the UK, Europe, North America and Latin America.

Emma brings a rare blend of strategic HR leadership, operational experience, and deep expertise in NI and GB employment practices.

She partners with organisations to strengthen culture, develop leadership capability, and navigate complex people challenges with clarity, fairness and confidence.
